These containers can be used for many uses such as: Backyard Storage, Temporary Offices or Storage for Construction Sites. The typical dimensions of a 40 foot container are 40'-0" in length 8'-0 width and 8'-6 in height. These boxes are very well constructed as they were made to be stacked up to 6 containers high on ships that travel across oceans. They are constructed with a steel frame, steel siding and the floors are constructed of 18 ply epoxy marine plywood. The picture shown may not the actual container for sale but is consistent with the type of containers we sell.
